G2 releases an annual list of top software vendors, empowering future users to revamp their software choices. It's a moment of pride for vendors who make the list, celebrated with social media kits, badges, and notable billboards in Times Square.
A monumental undertaking for a single designer, I’ve grown quite fond of this project (even though it’s given me a case of shingles in the past). I enjoy getting the opportunity to be innovative and push myself, but I also eagerly anticipate collaborating with partners and stakeholders that I don’t work with as frequently.
“Sketches”
I tend to find that pencil and paper alone does not do the speed of my mind any favors, so I find it easier to sketch my ideas out digitally. A mess of a Miro board, but zooming in and out allows me to uncover common themes that my unconscious keeps bringing to the forefront, while also helping me compare and contrast concepts to figure out what can stay and what can be laid to rest.
